Experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) is primarily used as a non-clinical model of autoimmune inflammatory diseases of the CNS and resembles many aspects of human Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Three main models of EAE are used to study Multiple Sclerosis.
